Summer 2016, I worked as a Pipeline TD software/tools intern at Ingenuity Studios in Los Angeles, CA. Working under the studio's creative director and pipeline lead, Grant Miller, I helped to update, refactor, and develop tools used throughout Ingenuity's pipeline. Implemented a file server for asset publishing, built with Node.js and Google Compute Engine, an auto-backup system for the studio's MongoDB databases, ffmpeg image conversions, environment setup for Windows, Linux. Programmed with Maya, Houdini, and Nuke APIs (translators and farm submission), and helped to refactor, deploy, and maintain the studio's 60+ node render farm.
